B. Public Comment
The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at
this time. A Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board Liaison prior to the
time the meeting is scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be
taken at its appropriate discussion. Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all
comments to the dais, begin by stating their name and address or Single Member District
number, and limit their remarks to less than three minutes.

1. Consideration of approving the October 30, 2025, meeting minutes.
I. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
1. Presentation of the monthly financial report and event calendar.
2. Vote for Board Chairman and Vice Chairman.
3. Review of Civic Events Facility Policies and recommend any related matters.
4. Update on Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial River Stage renovations.
5. Consideration of future agenda items.
6. Adjournment
