Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting of the Civil Service Commission of City of San Angelo to be 
held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the City Hall – East Mezzanine, 72 West College 
Avenue, San Angelo, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items:  
 
1. Call to Order 
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting  
3. Approval of the daily action log 
4. Election and appointment of Chair and Vice Chair of Civil Service Commission 
5. Discussion and possible action regarding alleged electronic application submission issues affecting 
two applicants for the Fire Driver promotional examination administered on February 2, 2026. 
6. Discussion and possible action regarding amendment of the posted eligibility list for the Fire Driver 
promotional examination.  
7. Discussion and possible action of appeals from Fire Department Driver promotional examination 
administered on February 2, 2026 
a. Appeals of question 17 
b. Appeals of question 88
