NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING AN AGENDA OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PUBLIC ART COMMISSION THE CITY OF SAN ANGELO, TEXAS 4:00 P.M. - THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2026 EAST MEZZANINE, CITY HALL 72 WEST COLLEGE AVENUE In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of San Angelo will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending the Public Art Commission meetings. To better serve you, requests should be received 48 hours prior to the meetings. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department, 702 S. Chadbourne, 325-657-4279, or the ADA Coordinator at 325-657-4407 for request, or by completing a request form online at cosatx.us/ada. As a courtesy to those in attendance, please place your cell phone on “Silent” or “Vibrate” Thank You! I. OPEN SESSION A. Call to Order B. Public Comment The Commission takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this time. A Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Commission Liaison prior to the time the meeting is scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion. Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the dais, begin by stating their name and address or Single Member District number, and limit their remarks to less than three minutes. Il. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Consider approving the December 17, 2025, meeting minutes. I. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT 2. Consider approving a proposal for the placement of eight (8) large-scale sculptural mosaiced insects (“Not as Small as They Seem”) along the Red Arroyo Trail near the intersection of College Hills Blvd. and Millbrook Dr. 3. Consider approving a proposal for the placement of six (6) artistic totems (“Stacked Stories of Texas”) along Chadbourne St. from the Beauregard Ave. intersection north to Fifth St. 4. Consider future agenda items. IV.
