B. Public Comment
The Board takes public comment on issues and concerns not on the Regular Agenda at this
time. A Public Comment Form must be submitted to the Board liaison prior to the time the
meeting is scheduled to begin. Public input on a Regular Agenda item will be taken at its
appropriate discussion. Citizens should speak from the lectern, address all comments to the
dais, begin by stating their name and address or Single Member District number, and limit
their remarks to less than three minutes.
II. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Consider approving May 6, 2026, meeting minutes.
Ill. REGULAR AGENDA: PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT
2. Discuss and consider approving a policy for possible rental facility discounts for qualified
non-profit organizations and recommend any related matters.
3. Discuss and consider a policy for prioritization of field use and rental for
tournaments at the Texas Bank Sports Complex and recommend any related matters.
4. Hear and discuss an update on the river parks master plan.
5. Hear and discuss updates on key activities, projects, programs, and events
for the Parks and Recreation divisions.
6. Consider future agenda items.
