Okay, great. Thank you. Okay, the first item is a considering ordinance canvasing the returns and declaring the results of the bond election held May 3rd, 2025. This Heather, you're on or do you want me to read this? Okay. The city held their bond election Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at a Texas uniform election date. Early voting was conducted between April the 22nd and April the 29th in accordance with the Texas election code. There was one measure on the ballot, Proposition A. Proposition A passed receiving 5,435 votes in favor 4,813 votes in opposition. The res the resolution in the med council meeting packet includes prepared tabulations of votes for and against each measure by precinct and totaled as required by the EC67.004. May I have a motion? The city held the general election Saturday May the 3rd 2025 at a Texas uniform election date. Early voting was conducted between April the 22nd and April the 29th in accordance with the Texas election code. There were three positions on the ballot. Mayor, single member district 2, and single member district 4. The vote totals for mayor were as followed for the five candidates. Gary Jenkins received 1,74 total votes, which is 17.2. 21%. Trinidad Agiri received 2,47 total votes equaling to 24.31%. Josh Berles received 293 total votes, 2.96%. Tom Thomas Tom Thompson received 5,095 votes, total votes, 51.45%. 45%. Juan Asavetto received 403 total vote votes 400 uh 4.07%. The city council officially finds, determines, and declares the results of the general election to elect Tom Thomas Tom Thompson, that's a lot of Toms in there, to a 4year term by majority vote of the votes cast for mayor. The vote totals for single member district 2 were as followed for the three candidates. Dudra Butler received 432 total votes, 33.70%. John Bario received three 365

The city council officially finds, determines, and declares the result of the general election that no ca no candidate received a majority of votes cast for single member district 2 and that Dudra Butler and Joseph are the two candidates having received the highest and second highest number of votes cast for single member district 2. The total votes for single member district for followed for the two candidates. Patrick Healey received four 57 total votes which is 67.33%. Jamal Schumer received 246 total votes which is 32.67%. The city council officially finds and determines and declares the result of the general election to elect Patrick Healey to a 4-year term by majority vote of the votes cast for single member district 4.
