And if you don't, then I'll say the prayer and we'll get this started. Let us have our prayer, please. Our dearly father, we thank you for allowing us this opportunity to gather together and we thank you for the freedoms this c in this country that allows us these opportunities. As we have gathered here today to discuss the situations in the city of St. Angelo, I would ask that you give us the wisdom, the strength, and the patience to make the right decisions for your people and in your city. Be with us, take care of us, guide us, guard us, and direct us. And it's in the name of Jesus that we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. And if we could say the pledge of allegiance to the American flag. I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Honor the Texas flag, I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas. One state under God, one and indivisible. We will now call for public comment. The council takes public comment on all items in the regular agenda. Public input on a regular agenda item will be taken at its appropriate discussion. Public input on an item not on the agenda or consent agenda may be identified and requested for consideration by the council at this time. The council may request an item to be placed on a future agenda or for a consent agenda item to be moved to the regular agenda for public comment. On public hearing items, public input will be received on each item immediately following the council discussion and prior to any action on the item. Each member of the public should make the remarks from the podium, begin by stating their name. Remarks by each citizen will be limited to 3 to 5 minutes unless weighed by a council member for all speaking on that matter.
[0:02:02] No individual will be allowed to speak more than once on any one subject until every citizen wishing to comment has done so. So, at this time, I will open up the floor for public comment. Anyone wishing to speak to the council, this is your opportunity. If I have no public comment from the floor, do I have any comment from the council? Do I have statements at this time before we get into our meeting? Then we will go into our regular agenda. We have only one item to deal with today and this is an executive close session item. I will read this item and then I will ask the audience to please step out into the hall or to the next room. This shouldn't take but just a few minutes to deliberate. But I will ask all y'all to step out so we can deliberate here and then when the deliberations are over then I'll call you back in and we will give you the the our deliberation. We'll tell you what the deliberation was. Let me read this. It's executive session under the provision of government code title 5 open government's ethics subtitle A open government chapter 551 open meetings subchapter D exceptions to requirement that meetings be open under the following section section 551072 to deliberate the purchase exchange lease or value of real property and this will be the spur parking garage east of 40 west tig in the city of San Angelo Texas so we will now go into our executive session 53. It is 8:53. I am reconvening this meeting of the St. Angelo City Council. We have discussed in executive session the lease of the Spur parking garage east of 40 West Tuig and St. Angelo. And I would like for I would ask that someone move that we allow city staff to negotiate the lease

Nay. put a 60 on that that staff be willing be allowed to negotiate a lease with the group bigger staff and those names that was read on the spur park spur group LLC.
